But in a fast-changing market defined by shifting skills and rising expectations, the brand needed to evolve from a collection of strong parts into one clear whole – a partner that truly closes the gap between people and possibilities.

While awareness was strong, Wise lacked a unified expression and a shared story that could clearly communicate its unique value.

One platform that can scale across markets, business areas and audiences. At the foundation of the Wise platform lies a clear and scalable structure: the brand promise, the concept, and the method. It captures the company’s ability to look beyond roles and vacancies – to connect people and organizations through insight, expertise, and genuine understanding. From the promise, the creative and strategic concept was born: Closing the Gap. It makes the brand promise visible and emotionally engaging. It tells the story of Wise’s role in society – bridging what businesses need and what people can become, what’s known and what’s next.
The Method: The Wise Way To turn the brand promise into action, Wise needed a method. Together, we developed The Wise Way – a philosophy and practical framework that translates words into everyday behavior. Built on five guiding principles, it defines how Wise works, collaborates, and communicates, ensuring the promise lives through consistent actions. A unique tool that sets Wise apart, and one we’ve been instrumental in shaping and bringing to life. Together, these three layers form a system: Brand Promise → Concept → Method. A framework built not just for today, but for tomorrow – aligning everyone at Wise around one purpose and equipping the brand to grow with the future of recruitment.
Visual identity
Closing the gap with overarching design
The new Wise design system visually embodies the idea of Closing the Gap – bringing people, knowledge and opportunity closer together through a unified expression. Every visual element has been crafted to reflect connection and clarity.
Logotype The monogram, shaped by two interlocking hearts forming a “W”, becomes a powerful emblem of empathy and unity – symbolizing Wise’s role in bridging gaps between individuals and organizations.
Typography The compressed grotesque delivers energy and precision, while contrasting serif and sans-serif fonts add balance and warmth. Together, they mirror Wise’s duality – professional and personal, strategic and caring.
Colors A modular color system links the eight business areas under one shared palette, combining their individual profile colors into gradients that visually express collaboration. This creates one Wise identity that is diverse, yet coherent across all markets. The result is more than a visual identity – it’s a living system built to grow with Wise. Structured yet flexible. Strategic yet warm. Always closing the gap between people and possibilities.
